Somerset Saddlery LLC. wants to make returns and exchanges as fast and easy as possible. In that light we want to describe our return policies as completely and clearly as possible. Please Note: Returns sent via the United States Postal Service will not be accepted.
Return Period
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 60 days of receipt (as indicated by UPS) for an exchange, store credit for a future purchase or refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after the 60 day limit.
Return Condition
Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Items that have been used, abused, or broken after use will not be accepted. Items without original packaging or with tags removed will not be accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged or not in new condition, we need to be contacted immediately. Please place a bed sheet on your horse when you try on blankets and sheets. Blankets must be returned free of horse hair and dirt for a refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Somerset Saddlery does not accept returns of clearance, closeout, personalized or custom color/size items except in the case of a manufacturer's defect or an incorrect item was shipped . Boots are not returnable if worn unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Please try them out on the carpet. Apparel returns must have original tags attached and may not be worn or washed unless defective. Once opened, computer software is non-returnable.
Broken or Damaged in Normal Use
If an item breaks or becomes damaged during normal use because of a manufacturing defect Somerset Saddlery will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the returned product as dictated by the manufacturer’s warrantee.
Incorrect Item Shipped
In the unlikely event that the incorrect item is shipped to you please contact us for return instructions.
Refunds
For refunds, purchase price will be credited back to the same credit card on which the purchase was made. Depending on your billing cycle, adjustments to credit cards sometimes do not appear until you receive your second credit card statements - please be patient
Damaged in Shipment
Please contact the carrier (UPS etc.) immediately if your shipment arrives damaged.
Return Instructions
Prior to returning any item to Somerset Saddlery you must obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling us at 256)810-9800 or emailing returns@somersetsaddlery.com. For your protection, we recommend that for any items that you return to us, you ship them via UPS with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. It will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments. You are responsible for all shipping charges to return items unless we shipped an incorrect item in which case Somerset Saddlery will pay for return shipping and for shipping the correct item back to you. After you have received a Return Authorization Number, write the RAN on the exterior of the package and ship the item to:
